Marinate Chicken:
In a bowl, combine garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken slices and toss to coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
Cook Chicken:
Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 4–6 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.
Alternatively, cook in a hot skillet or broil in the oven.
Prepare Garlic Sauce/Tzatziki:
Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cucumber if using.
Assemble Wraps:
Warm the flatbreads.
Spread garlic sauce or tzatziki on each.
Add grilled chicken, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and herbs.
Roll tightly and slice in half if desired.

No grill? Cook chicken in a skillet or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
Extra flavor? Add a dash of smoked paprika or sumac.
