Cheeseburger Biscuit Bombs

Cook the Beef Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheddar.
Prepare the Biscuits:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling into the center of each.
Seal & Shape:
Fold edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Top & Bake:
Brush each biscuit bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Let cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
