Move over deviled eggs… there’s a new party snack in town!
These Deviled Potatoes are bite-sized, creamy, and seriously adorable. Baby gold potatoes get the deviled egg treatment with mayo, mustard, relish, and a sprinkle of paprika — perfect for spring spreads, brunch tables, or any snacky situation!

Ingredients:

1½ lbs baby gold potatoes

1 tbsp kosher salt (plus more to taste)

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tsp yellow mustard

¼ cup sweet pickle relish

¼ cup finely chopped green onions

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

½ tsp paprika

Chopped chives for garnish

How to make them:

Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15–20 mins). Let cool slightly.

Halve the potatoes and scoop out a small center from each.

Mash the scooped centers with mayo, mustard, relish, green onions, pepper & paprika.

Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the potatoes.

Garnish with chives and an extra pinch of paprika for flair
