Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin, ribeye, or strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: crushed red pepper or a splash of lemon juice
Instructions:
1.Prep Steak:
- Pat steak dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
2.Sear in Batches:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over high heat.
- Sear steak bites for about 1–1.5 minutes per side, working in batches to avoid overcrowding. Don’t overcook — medium-rare to medium is ideal.
- Remove to a plate and keep warm.
3.Make Garlic Butter:
