Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 cups diced potatoes (russet or gold)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess grease.
Add cooked beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, and seasonings to the crockpot.
Pour in chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup; stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in milk and cheese; cover and cook another 15–20 minutes until melted and creamy
